| | I'm having some issues with my knee and shin again. It just feels like there constantly tight or burning.. I'll be sure to do some good stretches and ice. |

Today wasn't to bad. I did have some pain in my knee and shin, but it wasn't so bad that i couldn't handle it. I didn't have has much energy as yesterday but i did feel like i pushed hard. |

| | Today me and Micah ran in Coral Canyon because we couldn't drive all the way out to tonaquint to run witth the team. We did a little 3 mile loop. I felt pretty great! |

I started having shin and hip issues so i took it slower than normal. I guess the hhigh altitude was messing with my head. |
