| | I felt so good today.. I thought with me not running while i was at girls camp i would have a hard time coming back, but i was wrong. I had lots of energy and the pain in my knee was at a minimal. Thank heavens :) |

Today was a grass workout. Those are always the hardest for me. I did feel like i did my best so im happy. |

| | Today me and Micah ran in Coral Canyon because we couldn't drive all the way out to tonaquint to run witth the team. We did a little 3 mile loop. I felt pretty great! |

I started having shin and hip issues so i took it slower than normal. I guess the hhigh altitude was messing with my head. |

So my hip is doing that painful thing it does every so often because my hips arent aligned. I could barely walk, let alone run. |

| | So i hit the all time low on my run today. I've been trying to keep a positive attitude all week and i gave it my all, so... hopefully that was enough. i talked to coach Holt and he suggested taking a break over the weekend; i think i will. I had a great time up at camp. Im sad its my last year. |

| | I felt SOOO good today! I had a pain free run. Striders were a nice push for me. I ran 2 of the races with the kids at xc kids camp. I got to run with Karly Kimzey. She did so great. She even pushed me so hard that i almost puked. So thats good. |
